This is Battalion Nemesis! The best RPG turn-based flash game out there I've ever seen. Command the Northern Federation through rally after rally of war, using basic units like Commandos and Flak tanks. But you know, Scorpion tanks are better, so you find the army's unit creater and pay it so much for Scorpions. It's-- ultimately-- in the top ten of flash games in my book.
